If you receive the message "You cannot reset your password" you're in the wrong place! This message occurs if you are trying to reset your password on our Zendesk support account page, which is only used for tracking support requests and is entirely separate from your actual Paprika Cloud Sync account.
To reset your password for Paprika Cloud Sync, please use the password reset form that is available from within the app itself (under Settings -> Cloud Sync -> Login), or directly via this link:
