1. Open the App Store and tap on your profile button in the upper right corner to load your profile.
2. From there, tap on Apps.
3. If you have Family Sharing enabled, you will need to tap on My Apps if you purchased the app originally, otherwise you will need to tap on the name of the family member that made the purchase. If you do not have Family Sharing enabled, skip to Step 4.
4. Once your list of previously purchased apps has loaded, tap on the search box and type in Paprika. Then press the download button (cloud with down arrow) to re-download the app.
Notes
- If you don't see an Apps button on Step 2, tap on the Purchased button instead. (This applies to some earlier versions of iOS.)
- If Paprika does not show up in the search results in Step 4, make sure you are logged into the App Store with the Apple ID used to originally purchase the app, otherwise it won't be able to detect your original purchase. For more information, see here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211842
- If the app was originally purchased by a family member, go back to Step 3 and make sure you select the family member who made the original purchase. If they have stopped sharing their purchases with you or removed you from their family plan, you will no longer have access to their purchases. Follow the guide here to make sure their purchases are still shared with you: https://support.apple.com/en-us/108911
- In some rare cases we have seen apps accidentally get marked as Hidden in the App Store, preventing them from showing up under the purchased apps list. If this has happened, follow the steps here to unhide the app: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201322
- Now that Paprika 3 has been released, Paprika 2 is no longer listed in the App Store. However, you can still reinstall Paprika 2 using the instructions above. Please note that Paprika 2 is no longer supported and not compatible with the latest version iOS, so we highly recommend upgrading to Paprika 3 going forward.
