After some investigation we have discovered this is caused by a bug in Safari on iOS 14. As a workaround, you can do the following:
1. Press the Share button in Safari.
2. The share sheet will be displayed but Paprika 3 may be missing from the list of icons.
3. Press the X button in the corner to dismiss the sheet (iPhone), or tap outside of the share sheet to dismiss it (iPad).
4. Press the Share button a second time. You will see many more apps listed the second time the share sheet loads, and Paprika 3 should now appear in the list.
Update: Multiple users have reported this has been fixed as of iOS 14.3. You may need to power off and restart your phone after the upgrade in order for Safari to refresh the share extension list.
