Paprika currently offers two different export formats:
HTML - A standard portable data format that allows you to preserve a copy of your recipe collection. Your recipes will be exported to a directory, with an individual HTML file for each recipe, and an index.html displaying the list of exported recipes. Each recipe file will contain schema metadata in the HTML and the exported files can be viewed in any web browser.
Paprika Recipe Format - Paprika's bulk recipe export format. These files can be transferred to other Paprika users for importing into their copy of Paprika. Our export files are written in a standardized format that is machine readable and can be processed by other apps. They are essentially zip files containing individually compressed JSON data for each recipe.
Addendum:
PDF - PDF export is not directly supported, however all platforms support printing to PDF so you can create a PDF of your recipe by printing it, and then using the built-in operating system feature to save the printout as a PDF.
